A beautiful moonstone ring from the Arts and Crafts (ca1910) era! This lovely two-tone piece holds an alluring moonstone cabochon at the center of a 14kt yellow gold band. The round moonstone rests in a sterling silver bezel setting, which is embellished with a lovely dotted edge at the top and polished sides. The stone displays iridescent properties and its pale blue color flashes beautifully in the light. Completing the design is a split shank shoulder and smooth band that graduates towards the back. A perfect everyday ring, it would make a versatile addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6, but could easily be resized. The moonstone centerpiece measures approximately 1/2" in diameter and it rests about 1/4" above the finger when worn. The graduated band measures 1mm at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting or to the moonstone, which is intact and securely set.
