These tiny, glittering drops of beer quartz are microfaceted and hang from a wire wrapped bezel and sterling silver ear wires hoops in my little cobra shape. These earrings measure just shy of 1 1/2" long or 3.5cm. This colour of quartz is named after that most inspiring of beverages because of its golden-ale like colour. I have carefully matched these stones together to make each pair, and each pair is slightly different than the next, though only just-- they are the same colour and size. You can see the little variation in the photo. I will carefully choose one of the beautiful pairs for you-- I've only made a few.
All my jewellery is made by hand by my partner Mike and myself in a converted 18th century naval school on the wild North coast of Scotland. All pieces come gift wrapped with lavender and Scottish heather.
